Ingredient Lotus root (1 section, around 250g) - peel, grinded, sliced a few as the base minced pork (150g) Corn starch in water Chineses Mushroom (soak in water, diced) Steps 1. Mix the grinded lotus root, chinese mushroom and minced pork. Add Cornstarch in water.
