Recipe - Chinese style stuffed fuzzy melon 肉碎釀節瓜脯
Ingredient
Chinese Zucchini
Miced Pork
Dried Chinese mushroom ( Soak in water in the morning, keep the water! Diced )
Mushroom soaking water (add some chicken stock powder)
Potato starch
Steps
1. Peel and cut the chinese zucchini into sections. Remove the centre. Set aside.
2. Mix together minced pork, dried mushrooms, and 1/2 tbsp corn starch.
3. Sprinkle some corn starch in the centers of the chinese zucchini. Stuff with the fillings.
4. Bring the Mushroom soaking water to boil, add more water if needed. Add some chicken stock powder. Layer the Chineses zucchini in it. Cover the lid and cook for 10 minutes or until cooked. Transfer to a plate.
5. Add corn starch to thicken the broth and make sauce. Pour over the stuffed Zucchini and ready to serve.
