Recipe - Clay pot wonton chicken with cabbage 津白雲吞雞煲


Ingredients

Wonton
Chicken (Cut into quarter)
Chinese baby cabbage
Chicken Stock 250ml x 1 
Water

Steps

1. Blanch the chicken for about 5 minutes. Remove the chicken and discard the water.  2. Place the chicken into the pot, cover with chicken stock and water. Cook it for 1.5hr on medium low heat 3. When the chicken soup is about ready, add the Chinese baby cabbage and cook for about 5 mins 4. Add Wonton 5. Serve hot
