Recipe - Fish Fillet with creamy corn sauce 粟米魚塊

 


Ingredient

Fish Fillet (marinade in lemon juice), cut into piece, pat dry with kitchen paper

Sweet Corn Cream style x 1 box

Egg


Step

1. Beat the egg. half the egg, dip the fish fillet piece in the egg wash and dredge it with the corn starch.

2. Pan fried the fish fillet until golden brown. Set aside. 

3. Add the box of sweet corn cream style into the pan, add in the remaining egg wash. Add in the fish fillet. Cook to your preferred consistency.
