Recipe - Mixed veggie pot with glass noodle 粉絲雜菜煲

 


Ingredient

Glass Noodle

Chicken Stock 250ml x 1 box

Mixed Vegetable 

- Baby Chinese Cabbage 娃娃菜 (washed, cut into half)

- Carrot, sliced

- Corn

- Mixed fresh mushroom

- Tofu

- Crab stick

- others... 


Steps

1. Add chicken stock and water in a pot

2. Add carrot, corn, boil for 10mins. 

3. Add baby chinese cabbage, tofu, mushroom

4. Add crab stick

5. Add glass noodle.
