Recipe - Mushroom or Carrot or Pumpkin Soup


Mushroom Soup

Ingredient 

Mushroom (~350g) 
Onion x 1/2
Garlic x 1 clove (optional)
Chicken or veggie stock x 3 bowls
Milk (or heavy cream) x 1/2 cup

Method

1. Chopped the Onion and mushroom. Smashed the Garlic
2. Add olive oil and cook the Onion until it become transparent. Add in mushroom and garlic, then cook for another 10-15 mins.  
3. Add in chicken or veggie stock and cook for another 10-15 mins. 
4. Add in milk and cook for another 5 mins. 
5. Pour the ingredient into a blender 
6. Serve and enjoy :)

Carrot Soup

Ingredient 

Carrot (~400g)
Onion x 1/2
Garlic x 1 clove (optional)
Chicken or veggie stock x 3 bowls
Milk (or heavy cream) x 1/2 cup

Method

1. Chopped the Onion and Carrot. Smashed the Garlic
2. Add olive oil and cook the Onion and garlic. Cook for 5 mins or until the onion become tender.
3. Add in chicken or veggie stock, add Carrot and cook for another 15 mins until the carrot become tender.
4. Add in milk and cook for another 5 mins. 
5. Pour the ingredient into a blender 
6. Serve and enjoy :)


Pumpkin Soup

Ingredient 

Pumpkin 1/2 (~400g)
Onion x 1/2
Garlic x 1 clove (optional)
Chicken or veggie stock x 3 bowls
Milk (or heavy cream) x 1/2 cup

Method

1. Chopped the Onion and pumpkin. Smashed the Garlic
2. Add olive oil and cook the Onion and garlic. Cook for 5 mins or until the onion become tender.
3. Add in chicken or veggie stock, add pumpkin and cook for another 15 mins until the pumpkin become tender.
4. Add in milk and cook for another 5 mins. 
5. Pour the ingredient into a blender 
6. Serve and enjoy :)
