Recipe - Steamed Egg 蒸水蛋

 

Ingredient

2 Eggs (beaten)

Water ( Egg:Water portion is 1:2.5)

Chicken stock powder


Steps

1. Mix the egg wash with water, in portion egg:water = 1:2.5

2. Add chicken stick powder

3. Put in on top of rice cooker when it is 26mins left.
