Recipe - Steamed tofu with diced vegetable and chinese mushroom 冬菇菜粒蒸豆腐
Ingredient
diced mixed vegetable
diced chinese mushroom (soak in water in the morning, keep the water)
tofu
Sauce:
0.5 tsp light soy sauce
0.5 tsp oyster sauce
1 tsp corn flour
1 Tbsp water (Use the mushroom soaking water)
Steps
1. slice the tofu into piece and set on a dish. steam the tofu
2. pan fried the diced mixed vegetable and Chinese mushroom. Add the mushroom water. Add the sauce.
3. pour the cooked vegetable and sauce on top of the tofu.
