Recipe - Stewed Chicken Wings with carrot & potato 蘿蔔薯仔炆雞翼
Ingredient
Chicken Wings (marinade with knorr chicken liquid concentrate)
Potato, roughly chopped
Carrot, roughly chopped
Sauce
1/2 tsp light soy sauce
1 tsp oyster sauce
1 tsp cornflour
2 tbsp water
1/2 flake sugar
Method:
- Pan fried chicken wings, Cook until both sides are lightly brown. Set aside and cover to keep warm.
- In the same wok, add potatoes and carrot, stir fry for 3 minutes. Pour in water (180ml). Cover and cook until the potatoes and carrot turn soft.
- Toss in the chicken wings. Cover and cook further 10 minutes.
- Add the sauce and cook to your preferred consistency. Serve hot.
