Recipe - Stewed Chicken Wings with carrot & potato 蘿蔔薯仔炆雞翼

 


Ingredient

Chicken Wings (marinade with knorr chicken liquid concentrate)

Potato, roughly chopped

Carrot, roughly chopped


Sauce

1/2 tsp light soy sauce

1 tsp oyster sauce

1 tsp cornflour

2 tbsp water

1/2 flake sugar

Method:

  1. Pan fried chicken wings, Cook until both sides are lightly brown. Set aside and cover to keep warm.
  2. In the same wok, add potatoes  and carrot, stir fry for 3 minutes. Pour in water (180ml). Cover and cook until the potatoes and carrot turn soft. 
  3. Toss in the chicken wings. Cover and cook further 10 minutes. 
  4. Add the sauce and cook to your preferred consistency. Serve hot.
