Recipe - Stir fried sweet pepper/celery, carrot and chicken 燈籠椒/西芹炒雞柳



Ingredient

- Celery or sweet pepper, sliced

- Carrot, sliced

- Chicken breast, cut into small piece, marinate for 15mina

- Chicken stock


Thickening

- 1/2 tsp cornflour

- 1 tbsp water

Steps:

1. Rinse celery and drain well. Use a knife to help peel tissues in celery stalks. 

2. Cut the celery or sweet pepper into strips. 

3. Pan fried garlic, carrot and celery/sweet pepper.  Add chicken stock and cook until carrot and celery/sweet pepper softened. 

4. Add chicken, cook until chicken colour turns white. 

5. Add thickening and cook to your preferred consistency. Serve hot.
