Recipe - Braised pea sprouts with gluten puff 生筋扒豆苗

 

Ingredient

Pea Sprouts

Chinese Mushroom 

Gluten puff (生筋)

chicken stock (~150-200ml water with chicken powder)


Steps

1. Cook the gluten puff and mushroom in hot water. remove from water and set aside

2. Add garlic to pan, add pea sprouts and chicken stock. 

3. Add mushroom, gluten puff.
