Recipe - Stir-fried Pork with Luffa and Black Fungus 絲瓜木耳炒肉片

 


Ingredient

Luffa (cut into piece)
Black fungus (soak and cut into piece)
Sliced pork (marinade in knorr chicken liquid concentrate)

Steps

1. In a pan, add garlic. Add pork and stir-fry until 80% cooked.

2. Add luffa, black fungus and stir-fry for 2 minutes. 

3. Add thickening (Cornstarch in water) if needed.
