Recipe - Stir-fried Scallops, asparagus, carrot and mushroom

Step 

Ingredient 

Asparagus (remove the end, peel and cut into section)

Scallop (sliced into half)

carrot (sliced)

mushroom (optional)

Corn starch + water 


Step:

Step
 
1. In a pot, blanch the asparagus for 30 seconds, drain and set aside
 
Step
 
2. In a pan, add some oil and sauté the garlic 
 
Step
 
3. Sear the scallops about half way
 
Step
 
4. Add asparagus, carrot, mushroom and quick stir. Add corn starch water to thicken the sauce if required.
