Oyakudon (Japanese Chicken and egg)

        





 Ingredients 

Chicken pieces

Daishi (30ml)

Mirin (15ml) 

Soy (10ml)

Onion (half , sliced )

Egg (2)

Sugar (optional)



Method

1. Add Daishi , Mirin, Soy , Sugar, Chicken, sliced onion to pan

  ( Liquid should be enough to around 1/2 cover the ingredients) 

2. Bring to boil to cook chicken, soften onions. 



3  Beat eggs, and distribute into the boiling liquid.

        


4. Cover the pan, until eggs are mostly cooked, but still soft

Done
