Ingredients

Butter 25g

Flour 25g 

Chicken Broth - 250ml

Cream / Milk - 100ml

Diced Vegetables (any of : Mushrooms, Peppers , Carrots , Potato , Celery)  

Chicken thigh meat, Sliced 400g


Steps

Sauce


1. Roux - Mix 25g Flour and 25g Butter on low heat in a pot 



2. Add 250ml Chicken Stock , mix. Add 100ml cream , mix  . Low heat until it thickens . Turn off heat and keep covered. 




3. Pan fry chicken and vegetables 

(Steam diced harder vegetables like carrots / potato in advance to soften) 



3. Add Chicken and vegetables into the sauce , combine and simmer a few minutes
